​We're entrepreneurs. We likely started down these paths to freely create what we want. Do our businesses afford us lifestyles that still align with our deepest longings?

​​This workshop is an embodied practice space to reconnect with the deep longings that will make your entrepreneurial future vibrant, meaningful, and worthwhile. 60 minutes for you to tune in to what whispers you've been ignoring, and safe space to give them air.

​​Cristina Poindexter and CREATRIX faculty will guide you in answering a few questions for yourself:

• ​​Am I listening to what my body — and soul — desire?

• ​Are there misalignments between my deepest desires and the current direction of my business or leadership style?

​​By the end of the hour, you'll gain clarity about what your deeper wisdom has been trying to tell you — whether you're ready to act on that knowing or not.

​Bring a journal, a willingness to close your eyes, subtly move your body, feel, and face truth. Light somatic practice isn't a workout, but it may include moving your body a bit, so consider taking this from a space you feel comfortable in and free from prying eyes.
