Dan Pell is the Vice President and Country Director at Workday. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry and an exceptional level of expertise in business growth and transformation to his role at Workday. Before joining Workday, Dan spent 11 years at Salesforce, most recently as General Manager for Tableau’s business in EMEA covering strategy, sales, partners, and operations. Prior to Tableau, Dan was Senior Vice President, Marketing Cloud EMEA helping organizations transition to digital channels for customer engagement. In his early career, Dan was Enterprise Sales Manager at Avid Technology, and served as BBC Account Director at Microsoft UK, overseeing a team that served Microsoft's largest EMEA broadcast customer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Manchester. Tim is a Senior Managing Director in Accenture who leads Accenture’s Talent Reinvention in EMEA. He has been with Accenture for 25+ years and works with C-suite executives and other senior business leaders to design global talent and HR strategies, reinvent HR and other business functions by capturing the potential AI brings, and create workforce experiences that engage and inspire. As a thought leader and speaker, Tim is frequently asked to share his perspectives on trends reshaping the future of work and the workforce, and their implications. Past speaking events have included Criticaleye, the G20 Innovation League, Politico Europe’s AI & Tech Summit, and Workday Rising Europe. He is also an advisory member of HR50. Born in the UK, Tim now lives in Heidelberg, Germany. He holds an MA from the University of Oxford.
