​Harmoniqs, Pasqal, and Microsoft are co-hosting a one-day, invite-only hackathon for quantum researchers working on neutral atoms, quantum error correction, and optimal control.

​Participants will work directly at the pulse level on Pasqal's analog Rydberg processor via Pasqal Cloud. Challenges are designed around open problems in quantum optimal control and neutral-atom hardware and will be shared ahead of time with those who are chosen to participate.

​Who should apply

• ​Graduate researchers in neutral atoms, quantum error correction, physics, and mathematics.

​Format

​You can apply as an individual or as a team, participants will be admitted by selection. Total cohort: 20–25 participants across 4–5 teams. Applications close July 24.
