Bangkok Builder Week for Solo Founders
Bangkok Builder Program for Solofounder
Building something on your own in Bangkok? Come build it with people who get it.
Solo Founder Starter is a one-week program for Thai and international solo founders, freelancers, creators, and early-stage builders living in Bangkok who want more than another networking event.
From 31 October – 7 November 2026, we’ll be based at True Digital Park, giving you a place to work, learn, meet other builders, get honest feedback, and make meaningful progress on what you’re creating.
Across the week, we’ll explore three connected areas:
→ How you communicate your value
→ How you understand customers
→ How you decide what to build next.
Alongside the workshops, there will be time to actually apply what you learn through coworking, feedback sessions, founder conversations, and informal networking.
It’s also a chance to meet people outside your usual circle Thai founders and international builders making Bangkok their home and build relationships that can continue beyond the program.
The goal is simple:
Leave with more clarity, better ideas, real progress, and a few people you’ll genuinely want to keep building with.
What to expect
This is not just a workshop series.
It’s a week to learn, apply, get feedback, and move your idea forward.
You can expect:
7 days access of coworking at True Digital Park a place to focus, work on your project, and be around other builders
3 practical workshops covering Personal Branding, Customer Insight, and Human-Centered Product Thinking
Hands-on feedback on your idea, product, landing page, positioning, personal brand, or early-stage project
Founder conversations and informal networking with Thai and international builders in Bangkok
Space to test, learn, and apply what you pick up during the week
New perspectives and useful connections from people building alongside you
A small community that continues after the event, so the support doesn’t stop when the week ends
Come with an idea, a project, a question, or something you’re stuck on.
Workshops led by domain experts
The three workshops are designed to connect together.
You’ll move from understanding how you present yourself, to understanding what customers actually need, to deciding what is worth building and testing.
31st October 11am - 2pm
Topics: Build a Personal Brand That Supports Your Business
with Christina Laptieva - Founder of Number9 Agency
(christina-laptieva)
Your personal brand is more than content.
It is the way people understand your expertise, values, point of view, and the value you bring.
In this workshop, Christina will help you turn your experience and knowledge into a clearer founder brand —one that supports your business instead of becoming another thing you feel pressured to maintain.
You’ll explore:
What you want to be known for
The values and experience behind your work
Who you are actually speaking to
How to define your positioning
How to identify useful content themes
How your personal brand can support your business
How to build consistency without posting for the sake of posting
The session draws from a framework covering ideology, mission, expertise, goals, audience, positioning, content, brand persona, and sustainable brand-building habits. founders-personal-brand-workbook
You’ll leave with
A clearer understanding of your positioning, audience, personal brand direction, and what you want people to associate with you.
4th November 11am - 2pm
Topics: How to Turn Customer Insight Into Business Decisions
with Pitchaon “Mint” Naianunt - Experienced UX-designer
pitchaon-naianunt-964b571b1
Talking to customers is only the beginning.
The harder part is understanding what matters, recognizing patterns, and deciding what the business should actually do next.
This workshop focuses on turning customer insight into practical decisions that can influence your product, service, experience, positioning, and business direction.
We’ll explore
How to listen beyond what customers literally say
How to identify recurring needs and patterns
How to separate useful signals from isolated opinions
How to interpret customer feedback
How to connect insight to business priorities
How to decide what deserves action now
How customer understanding can influence product and service decisions
Simple framework
Listen → identify patterns → interpret the need → prioritize → decide
You’ll leave with
A clearer way to organize customer feedback and turn what you learn into a practical next decision.
7th November
Build the Smallest Useful Version
with Mink Thanatcha
Co-Founder of Spacely AI, Head of Commercial
mink-thanatcha
A promising idea is only a starting point.
Once you understand the problem, the next challenge is deciding what is actually worth building.
Mink will explore how teams can turn a validated need into an MVP, choose tools that help them move quickly, and use feedback to decide what should happen next.
We’ll explore
How to move from a customer problem to a product hypothesis
What an MVP should actually help you learn
How to decide what belongs in the first version
What you can leave out
How to choose tools that help you launch quickly
How to gather useful feedback
How to improve, change, or rethink your idea based on what you learn
Framework
Validate → build a small version → gather feedback → iterate
You’ll leave with
A clearer definition of the smallest useful version of your idea and what you need to test next.
How the week connects
Each workshop focuses on a different part of building something useful.
Christina
How do I communicate who I am, what I know, and why people should care?
↓
Mint
What are customers actually telling me, and what should that change?
↓
Mink
What is the smallest useful thing I can build to test what I learned?
Together, the week connects:
Personal Brand → Customer Insight → Business Decision → MVP → Feedback → Iteration
And between those sessions, you’ll have the time and space to work on your own project.
Beyond the workshops
The program is designed so you don’t just listen and leave.
You’ll have space throughout the week to actually apply the ideas.
Coworking
Bring your laptop, your project, and whatever you need to make progress.
Work alongside other founders and builders at True Digital Park.
Feedback
Bring something real:
your landing page, idea, product, positioning, personal brand, offer, prototype, or a decision you’re struggling with.
Get another perspective and use it to improve your next step.
Founder conversations
Some of the most useful learning happens outside formal workshops.
Expect casual conversations, shared experiences, questions, and honest discussions about what people are actually building.
Community
You’ll also join the Solo Founder community group, where conversations can continue after the week.
Share progress, ask questions, get feedback, and stay connected with the people you meet.
Who is this for?
Solo Founder Starter is for:
Solo founders
Freelancers
Creators
Independent professionals
Early-stage startup teams
Product people
Designers
Builders exploring a new idea
People who have something they want to start but are not sure what the next step should be
You do not need to already have a company.
You can come with:
an idea, a side project, an early product, an existing business, a question, or simply something you’re stuck on.
What to bring
Bring one real challenge you are currently working on.
It could be:
your personal positioning
your customer problem
your business idea
an MVP
a product decision
your landing page
your personal brand
your offer
your next experiment
or a question you haven’t been able to answer yet
You’ll get much more from the week if you use the sessions to work on something real.
Q&A
Do I need to join the full week?
Not at all.
The program is designed so you can get the most value by joining throughout the week, but we understand everyone has different schedules.
If you can’t commit to the full program, you’re still welcome to participate in the on-site workshops and sessions that work for you.
What if I can only attend one or two workshops?
That’s completely fine.
Choose the sessions that are most relevant to what you’re working on and join us at True Digital Park.
Will I still be part of the community if I can’t attend everything?
Yes.
Everyone who joins will be part of the Solo Founder community group, so you can stay connected with other Thai and international founders, continue conversations, share progress, ask questions, and support each other beyond the in-person sessions.
Is this only for startup founders?
No.
You can join if you’re a solo founder, freelancer, creator, independent professional, early-stage builder, or simply exploring an idea you want to build.
Do I need to already have a business or product?
No.
Come with an idea, an early project, an existing product, a question, or even something you’re stuck on.
The week is designed to help you get clearer and move forward.
What language will the program be in?
The main language of the program will be English.
The community is designed for both Thai and international participants living in Bangkok, with an open and inclusive environment for everyone to connect and build together.
Where is it happening?
The program takes place at True Digital Park, Bangkok, from 31 October – 7 November 2026.
Can I just come to the on-site events?
Yes, absolutely.
It’s up to you how much you participate.
We’d love to have you for the full experience, but you’re welcome to join the on-site sessions that fit your schedule and you’ll still have access to the community around the program.
Build solo. Don’t build alone.
Come spend a week working alongside people who are also figuring things out, testing ideas, building projects, and trying to make meaningful progress.
You might leave with a better product.
You might leave with a clearer direction.
You might meet someone who changes the way you think about what you’re building.
At minimum, you’ll leave having moved something forward.
Build solo. Don’t build alone.
