About Event

Online workshop for AI-native builders.

No slides. No theory. Only live demos.

Founders and operators screen-share the workflows actually running their companies: the agents, the harnesses, the org structures, and the parts that break. Real screens, real terminals, in real time.

What it is

A 90-minute live workshop. Three builders each get 15 to 20 minutes to demo one thing they genuinely run day to day, followed by live Q&A. We run these every two weeks.

Who it's for

Founders, solopreneurs and operators rebuilding how they and their companies work around AI. If you are shipping agents in production, or working out what to build next, this is the room.

What's inside

  • 3 × 15-20 min screen-share demos of real, in-production work

  • Live Q&A after each one

  • Recording shared with everyone who registers

Why attend live

The demos get published afterwards. The Q&A does not, and that is where the specifics come out: what it cost, what broke, what they tried first and threw away.

Public, free, no sponsors, no ads, no pitches.

SPEAKERS

Vasilije Markovic — Founder & CEO, Cognee

Demo: My personal brain and the agents

  • Connect data sources to a personal brain.

  • Connect his agents to it.

  • Automate workflows on top.

With a background in Business and Psychology and more than a decade of experience managing Big Data systems for several Berlin-based unicorns, Vasilije founded Cognee Inc. in 2024, specializing in memory management solutions for AI applications and agents.

Frédéric Barthelet — Co-founder & CTO, Alpic

Demo: If an agent can't use it, don't ship it

How to build tools in 2026, with Skybridge, the MCP App framework, as the example:

  • How to hand every coding agent the knowledge it needs to build with your tool.

  • How to give it the tools it needs to use a local-first preview of what it's building.

  • How to give it the tools to make it production ready.

Fred is a passionate and (very 😅) opinionated builder. He's been in the infrastructure space, and in particular in serverless technologies back when they were new-age. He built Lift, to help people ship piece of infrastructure without previous knowledge, and then built Revant to help those same people reduce their newly generated infra cost... He's also been part of the AWS community builder team for 5 years. He's now building with Alpic the missing infrastructure layer for the new agentic internet where AI consume services instead of human.

Michael Magan — Co-founder & CEO, Charming

Demo: Jigs: build the tools you work with

In woodworking, a jig is a custom tool you build before you build the thing itself. Michael's argument: every role is turning into a jig builder, assembling its own software, agents and automations instead of duct-taping Google Sheets, Zapier and off-the-shelf SaaS.

  • The internal tools his team built for itself, shown live with the sensitive data stripped out.

  • How those tools plug into everything else they use.

  • When to keep the tool that exists, and when to build your own.

Michael Magan is co-founder and CEO of Charming, where you build and share apps as easily as Google Docs. Before Charming, his team built Tambo, an open-source generative UI framework with more than 11,000 GitHub stars. Earlier he was a product lead at TaxBit and a senior product manager at Convoy.

About cyber•Fund and the Monastery

cyber•Fund has been investing since 2014 and backs AI-native founders. The Monastery is our accelerator for teams building AI-native from day one: $2M uncapped, 5%, a three-month program, built on the idea that focus is a founder's scarcest resource. We will say how to apply at the end of the session.
