I Became: Motherhood, Identity & You
Motherhood is celebrated in moments but lived every day.
We celebrate mothers once a year, but the truth is, motherhood asks something of us every single day.
Our identities shift.
Our priorities change.
Our relationships evolve.
Parts of us stretch, soften, grow and sometimes feel lost.
And somewhere in the middle of loving our families deeply, carrying the invisible load, and trying to hold everything together, many mothers quietly wonder:
Who am I now?
As we move through a season of celebrating family and the people we love, I Became invites mothers to also make space for themselves.
Not as partners.
Not as caregivers.
Not as the ones holding everything together.
But as you.
This is a therapeutic and reflective group experience designed to support mothers navigating the emotional and identity shifts of motherhood. While not a replacement for individual therapy, this space is intentionally designed to foster reflection, connection, emotional wellness, and meaningful conversation in a supportive environment.
This is a warm, intentional gathering designed for mothers who want to slow down, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and connect with other women who truly understand.
Together, we’ll explore:
🔹Identity shifts after motherhood
🔹The invisible emotional load many mothers carry
🔹Rest, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself
🔹Gentle somatic stretches and grounding exercises
🔹Honest conversations about motherhood without judgment
🔹Reflection, journaling, and meaningful connection
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more seen, and reminded that you matter too.
Because motherhood deserves more than one day of celebration.
And so do you.
