​Welcome to the suàn food pop-up. This Sunday, we are taking over SOLID to serve a staple of Hunan/Xiang cuisine: traditional Hunan rice noodles.

​If you’ve been looking for an authentic, unpretentious bowl of noodles—made with a rich broth, homemade toppings, fresh scallion, and traditional pickles—come join us at the table.
