​Join us for an intimate Friendsgiving circle designed to slow down, connect, and celebrate the blessings of the season. Guided by Rebecca Sharzer, we’ll open with a short grounding, share a circle of gratitudes, and enjoy dinner together in a cozy, festive atmosphere.

​Expect warm conversation prompts (goodbye, small talk!), a sprinkle of playful movement for those who wish, and a closing toast to community, health, and the year ahead.

As President of Sharzer Associates, she has spent decades bringing innovative educational resources to schools across New York City. Her work blends somatic practices, dance, and body intelligence to guide individuals toward authentic, sustainable transformation.
