There's a shift happening in product management right now, and it's not slowing down. The PMs who are thriving aren't the ones who know the most about AI in theory — they're the ones who've actually sat down with the tools, gotten their hands dirty, and figured out how to make AI part of how they work every day.
That's exactly what this workshop is for.
We're teaming up with the Asians in Action ERG at Dell to bring you the first AWAAI Learn & Lead Series Workshop built specifically for product managers who want to move from "I've heard of AI tools" to "I use AI tools to work smarter, faster, and better." Whether you're just getting started or looking to sharpen how you work with AI day-to-day, this session will give you practical, usable skills you can bring back to your team immediately.
Leading the workshop is Madhura Banerjee, Senior Advisor of Product Management at Dell — someone who lives at the intersection of product strategy and applied AI, and who's generous enough to share what she's learned along the way.
This is an intentionally curated, in-person session — small enough to be useful, real enough to be worth your afternoon.
About Madhura Banerjee
Madhura Banerjee is currently a Modernization Lead in Product Management, having started work at Dell in 2024 after graduating with her MBA. She moved to the United States for business school, and before that, was a Technology Consultant in PwC India, upon finishing her Bachelor's & Master's in Computer Science from St. Xavier's College Kolkata. Madhura is a published author and TEDx speaker, a lover of literature and music, outside of her career in AI and technology. She in an avid traveler, coffee drinker and would always make you sing at karaoke.

What to Bring
💻 Laptop — you'll need it for the hands-on portion.
🔑 A signed-up paid account for an LLM tool (20$ one will do!) — ChatGPT (chatgpt.com), Claude (claude.ai), Gemini (gemini.com), or whichever you prefer. The workshop will run primarily in chatgpt.com, so if you're able to, have that one ready to go.
