Birth Preparation Course

​Preparing for birth doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Our 4-part Birth Preparation Series combines expert-led theory with practical, hands-on preparation to help you feel informed and confident for labour, birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care.

• Vaginal & caesarean birth preparation
• Comfort measures & pain management
• Prenatal exercises & warning signs
• Postnatal recovery
• Breastfeeding & newborn care

​💻 Class 1 – Foundation | 8th Sept | 7:00–8:20 PM
🤰🏽 Class 2 – Core Principles & Practices | 11th Sept | 9:30 AM–1:00 PM
💻 Class 3 – Postnatal Recovery | 22nd Sept | 7:00–8:20 PM
👶🏽 Class 4 – Breastfeeding & Newborn Care | 25th Sept | 9:30 AM–1:30 PM

​Two virtual sessions plus two in-person sessions. All four classes are part of one complete series.

​Whether this is your first baby or you’re looking for a refresher, you’ll leave with practical knowledge and greater confidence for the journey ahead.
