Council Visit guided by an Official (Friday 17th July, 13:00-15:00)

-14:45 we walk the Red Carpet at the Europa Building

IMPORTANT RULES ON ABSENCES: the Council staff made it very, very clear that they do not want a huge mismatch between the list of attendants and the actual showup (for security and logistical reasons). This means ❗EVERYONE WHO IS SIGNED UP AT THE MOMENT OF SUBMISSION (TWO WEEKS BEFORE) MUST ATTEND (except for major impediments like sickness) Otherwise we really look bad with the Council❗
➡️ Because I know it is very difficult to foresee availability, and I managed to get the date confirmed anyway, I suggest that I set up a WAITING LIST, we wait until the deadline two weeks before and if you cannot show up,‼️‼️ warn me in advance‼️‼️ so that another person takes the spot For the waiting list, just apply to Luma normally

Also notice that due to security reasons, the timing might vary slightly. We are called for 13:00, and in principle the only changes would be to have the actual visit slightly later
