​Puppy Volunteer Day at Tri-City Animal Shelter

​📅 Tuesday, September 29th
🕙 10:30-11:30AM

​Join us for a morning of giving back by helping care for puppies at Tri-City Animal Shelter! Volunteers will assist shelter staff with daily puppy care and socialization.

​Volunteer Tasks

​🐶 Feeding & fresh water
🧼 Cleaning puppy areas
💕 Socializing, cuddling & playtime
🏡 Helping keep puppies healthy and happy

​What to Wear

​✔ Closed-toe shoes
✔ Comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting dirty

​Please Note

​• No photos or videos of the animals are permitted. (unless otherwise stated by the Animal Shelter)
• Follow all shelter staff instructions.
• RSVP is required.
• Spots are limited.

​What to Expect: We’ll be working with young puppies, so it may get a little messy! Expect to help with cleaning, feeding, fresh water, and socializing. Since this is a working animal shelter, there may be puppy accidents and stronger pet-related odors. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. A volunteer waiver will be signed upon arrival. Please make sure if you bring your little one that you are responsible for them at all times. Puppies are still learning and can unintentionally knock over your little one or play bite on their hands.
