[SF] Health Stack + Fitness Test 💪
Many SF community members have gone deep down the health rabbit hole.
Some are building 360 health assistants. Others are building CGM-concierges. Others are running their first marathons!
Let's meet up and chat about the latest and greatest in health technology, and specifically discuss the 80/20 of what's working for you. You may even leave with some new gear of your own. 🙃
We'll also have an (optional) challenge where you can test several key fitness indicators (think grip strength, 100m dash, plank hold, standing long jump). You bring the fitness, we'll bring the age/gender benchmarks so you can see how you're doing.
There will be some healthy food/bev tasting to follow.
Plus, there may be some special guests! Including our very own Kevin Tran who is building The Phoenix Project, after learning that he carries the ApoE4/4 gene.
