ThinkTank is a closed-door gathering of law firm owners, operators, and attorneys, built to foster connection, innovation, and ideation on the future of plaintiff law.
Our panel will be discussing The Law Firm of the Future: Are We Actually Ready? This will be an unfiltered conversation about leadership, AI, culture, and the business of running a modern plaintiff law firm.
We will answer three big questions:
Technology: We're all talking about AI, but are we actually using it to make our firms better?
People: Are we investing as much in our employees and leaders as we are in marketing and technology?
Growth: Are we building sustainable businesses, or simply chasing more cases, bigger settlements, and higher revenue?
Come hear real experiences on what's working, what's failing, and what we would do differently. After this discussion we will break into roundtable discussions to ideate on how we can all run our firms better, service our clients more efficiently, and get more value out of our cases.
Doors open at 5:00 PM with drinks and heavy appetizers. The program kicks off at 6:00 PM with a welcome and a panel presentation on The Law Firm of the Future: Are We Actually Ready? followed by roundtable discussions. Open networking runs until 9:30 PM.
