✨ Dima Bilyarchyk: Dima is co-founder of Every Health. He was born in Ukraine and grew up in Germany. Dima started his career in the startup scene of Berlin, before becoming an investor at Atlantic Labs, focusing on backing early-stage ventures. As a gay man, he's faced his fair share of hurdles navigating the healthcare system's stigma. Today, he’s building Every Health, Europe’s first telemedicine provider for the LGBTQIA+ community.
✨ Isha Smith: Isha is the Global VP, Total Rewards at SoundCloud as well as the Executive Sponsor for Clouds of Colour, an internal diversity resource group. She is passionate about holistic reward particularly through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and organisational culture.
✨ Michael Becher: Michael is the Chief People Officer at Avi Medical. With more than 15 years experience in HR he has worked in all different sizes of business from small start-up to big corporations. In his leadership roles in European scale-ups like booking.com, N26 and wefox he has shaped inclusive workspaces. Next to his career he supports DEIB initiatives beyond the scope of his company and founded "HR for democracy" as initiative for People People to become active.
