Your Lead Went Cold. Game On.
A two-part Workshop Series with Rachel Meuleman
You have leads. What you don't have is a plan.
Session 2 is a hands-on workshop where you stop thinking about your follow-up strategy and start building it. In the room. With your actual contacts. By the time you leave, you'll have a written, executable communication plan across three channels - email, WhatsApp, and phone - built specifically for the leads already sitting in your database.
No templates. No theory.
Your words, your contacts, your plan.
In this hands-on session you will:
Build a segmented database: every contact placed into the right bucket: Customer, Influencer or Strategic Partner
Profile every lead by temperature: Hot, Warm or Cold - so you know exactly how to approach each one
Create a follow-up email per segment: specific, personal, and designed to get a response
Create a WhatsApp message per temperature: short, human, and built for the channel
Build and practice a phone script before you leave the room
What to bring - this is important:
Your leads. Minimum 20 contacts. In your phone, a spreadsheet, a CRM, a notebook - whatever you use.
Your leads segmented. Before you arrive, sort every contact into one of three buckets:
Customer: someone who could buy from you
Influencer: someone who can open doors, refer, or endorse you
Strategic Partner: someone you can grow with through collaboration or referrals
Your leads profiled by temperature. Next to each contact, mark them:
Hot: active conversation in the last two weeks, expressed interest, ready for a next step
Warm: engaged but not yet ready, needs nurturing and consistent value before a direct ask
Cold: no recent interaction, needs re-engagement before anything else
Didn't make Session 1? No problem.
Take the 3-minute quiz before October 28th. It shows you exactly where your follow-up is breaking down and gets you thinking in the right framework before we get into the room.
Who is this session for?
You're in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation and you have leads that aren't converting. You know you should be following up more, and more strategically, but you don't have a system. You leave this session with one.
