Through guided visioning, embodiment, mindfulness, communication practices, play, and authentic connection, we’ll work from the inside out.
First, we’ll slow down enough to find the signal beneath the noise:
What are you actually building?
Why does it matter?
What wants to happen next?
Then we’ll bring that vision into relationship.
You’ll experiment with communicating what you see, noticing where your message comes alive and where it gets muddy, and discovering how to speak about your work in a way that feels unmistakably you—while actually landing with the humans you’re trying to reach.
Because whether you’re aligning a team, inspiring a funder, enrolling a client, cultivating a partnership, or leading an organization through change:
clarity creates coherence.
And when people can understand the vision, locate themselves within it, and feel why it matters, they’re far more able to help bring it to life.
Expect depth without heaviness.

Dr. Carley Corrado
Founder of Enliven Leadership, Carley guides purpose-driven leaders and executive teams through pivotal moments of organizational growth and transformation—helping them shift from force to flow while expanding both impact and wellbeing.
With a PhD in Chemistry, postdoctoral research in Physics, and experience co-creating a renewable energy startup, she brings a rare integration of scientific rigor, organizational strategy, and somatic wisdom.
Carley works with leaders when their vision is expanding and the way they’ve been operating is no longer sufficient for where they’re headed. Through the Enliven Method, she helps leaders access authentic clarity, translate vision into grounded strategy, and cultivate organizational cultures that are more coherent, generative, effective, and alive.
Her work bridges the human and structural sides of transformation: leadership, nervous-system regulation, culture, roles, communication, decision-making, and the practical systems that allow people and organizations to flourish.
Leah Diamond
Leah Diamond is a transformation facilitator, communication coach, and embodiment guide who helps leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals communicate with grounded confidence, authentic presence, and impact.
Her perspective is informed by an unusual combination of worlds: more than 40 years as an actor and performer, over a decade teaching and facilitating, and professional experience in Corporate Communications for a Fortune 500 company, where she worked in communications management, teaching, filmmaking, and related roles.
Certified as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, Leah is also guest faculty at Esalen Institute, a HAI Global and SoulPlay presenter, certified coach, Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, and trauma-informed facilitator.
Her work brings together mindfulness, embodiment, relational intelligence, and proven communication tools to help people move through self-doubt and fear of visibility, clarify what they want to say, and communicate it with greater ease, integrity, and resonance.
She helps people stop performing—and start communicating from the grounded authority of who they actually are.
