​How To Build A Team Mastermind is a hands-on session for real estate agents who are ready to stop doing it all themselves and start building a team that actually runs. Isacc Lightbourn will walk you through exactly how he built his real estate team, which sells 100 homes a year, and he is bringing a special guest along to share how he built a team that closes 400 homes a year.

​You will hear straight from two agents who have done it at different stages of growth, so you can see what the path looks like and what to do first.
