An informal seminar talking about how to read a Court opinion. We will walk through one of the recent opinions that the Court has released step by step. I will answer any questions people have.
This seminar is one half of a two-part series I am teaching at Fractal. The series leads into a full Introduction to Constitutional Law course I will teach through Fractal University in March.
