Cutting Through the Noise of Longevity Talk: What Men and Women Over 40 Should Really Focus On (Public, In-person)
Following the thought-provoking conversation sparked at our March Longevity event, and as part of RedBridge Lisbon’s partnership with B-Life, we are pleased to invite you to the launch of a new curated series: Longevity Gatherings.
Hosted in the beautiful setting of B-Life Kitchen at Cascais Marina, these gatherings are designed as intimate conversations at the intersection of science, wellbeing and the future of living well.
Our first gathering takes place on May 21st at 6:00 PM, with Dr. Joana Costa, co-founder of B-Life and one of Portugal’s leading references in longevity and preventive medicine. With deep expertise in preventive and personalized medicine, Dr. Costa has been at the forefront of bringing science-based longevity strategies into practical everyday health.
Session theme:
Cutting Through the Noise of Longevity Talk: What Men and Women Over 40 Should Really Focus On
Designed as an interactive gathering rather than a traditional lecture, this session will prioritize conversation — with ample time for questions, discussion, and shared exploration among participants.
Guests will also have the opportunity to visit B-Life’s state-of-the-art clinic facilities for an optional guided tour.
Attendance is free, but registration is required.
Places are limited.
Join us as we continue exploring what it means to pursue longevity — intelligently, intentionally, and together.
