Perfect Day

​TLDR: A morning of group focus + an afternoon adventure!

It's harder than ever to craft work days that work for you. In today's noisy and always-on world, something more intentional is required.

​Perfect Day by Caveday is an experiment that asks: what if we could support each other in crafting the perfect day?

​MORNING
We'll gather at 9:30am to check-in and plan our day. The morning will be spent in our workspace at Fabrik, where you'll have a chance to do a few deep work sprints. Use them for work, to read, or explore something new.

LUNCH
Eat with new friends!

AFTERNOON
In the afternoon, we'll all go out on joy-inducing adventures (option to invite others).

We'll end with a quick phone call to check out and seal the day.

FAQ

"This sounds awesome, but I have like one zoom I need to do!"

Fabrik has sound booths, and conference rooms so you can take it there.

"What adventure should I go on?"

​That's part of this practice, asking yourself what would bring you the most joy. We'll have some starter ideas and help you if you're stuck.

"I need to do a little work in the afternoon"
Then pick an adventure that can accommodate that. If you don't have at least 2 hours you can be offline, this one probably isn't for you.
