Some mornings deserve more than a quick bite.
We're bringing three Chicago creatives together for an intimate, chef-table style breakfast experience inside one of Wicker Park's most beautiful creative studios. Good food, good people, and a table worth staying at.
What's On the Table
Everything is made from scratch that morning. The format is all-you-can-eat (or until we run out), with 6 handmade breakfast dishes and signature beverages. Plates are served on the smaller side so you can try a little of everything.
Savory
Millennial Delight — avocado toast on sourdough with pumpkin seeds and pickled red onions
Breakfast Salad — frisée and greens, homemade caesar, bacon, and pickled veggies
Walking Chip Charcuterie — Local Style's "Deep Dish Pizza" chips, red pepper, onion jam, and fresh mozzarella
Sweet
Chocolate-Hojicha Loaf Cake with whipped matcha cream cheese and strawberry-basil sauce (vegan)
Triple Chocolate & Espresso Cookies
Chinese Five-Spiced Cinnamon Rolls
Sips — signature beverages by Stefania, served throughout your seating.
There will also be custom hand screen-printed merch to browse and shop on your way out.
Think of it as a test kitchen. These are potential future Morning Jay's menu items and you're getting first taste.
Who's Behind It
Morning Jay's is a nomadic Chicago breakfast pop-up and CPG brand. We do community, craft, and really good food. (@goodmorningjays)

Chateau by Boehlen is the creative studio home of Boehlen Curation and Mixed Mediums, inside the historic Flatiron Arts Building in Wicker Park. (@boehlencuration)

Each seating is capped at 16 guests. Small on purpose.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are fully transferrable, so if you can't make it, feel free to pass yours along to a friend or someone on the waitlist.
