Founders Pilates Class [hosted by Rho x HUMN]

​​Start your day with movement and momentum alongside fellow founders for a pilates class hosted by Rho & HUMN. This group class is designed to break a sweat, reset your mind, and strengthen the founder community outside the office. Expect a fun, challenging session led by a professional instructor from the Rho team, tailored for all levels.

​​Class starts promptly at 11:30am, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before!

​Plan to bring a water bottle, a change of clothes, and grippy socks (available for purchase in the studio). Refreshments will be provided after the class!
