Having spearheaded operations as Team Principal at Ferrari, he now oversees the entire Audi F1 project. Mattia is responsible for the seamless alignment between the team's power-unit development and chassis headquarters, perfectly managing the friction between rapid technological innovation and strict F1 rules.

​Nik Storonsky launched Revolut in 2015 to transform the way we spend and transfer money abroad. Since then, he's put Revolut on the path to becoming the world’s first truly global bank, changing the way we do all things money. Previously an Emerging Markets Equity Derivatives Trader at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers, he traded over $2 billion across various options, swaps, and FX instruments.

​Nico Hulkenberg is one of the grid's most experienced and technically astute drivers with over 250 Grands Prix to his name. Renowned for his extreme on-track performance—including a victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans—Nico combines racing expertise with sharp off-track business acumen. He will share the high-performance micro-habits and extreme resilience required to manage personal commercial investments alongside a gruelling 24-race global calendar.

​Francesca Carlesi is the CEO of Revolut Bank UK, leading the growth of one of the world's premier financial technology platforms. A seasoned entrepreneur, she brings over 20 years of experience spanning tier-one banking, private equity, and management consulting, having previously founded and scaled her own fintech. Named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, she holds a PhD in Banking and Finance and an MBA from Columbia University.

​Stefano Battiston is one of Formula 1's most forward-thinking and strategic commercial leaders, bringing unparalleled expertise in building future-facing sports brands. Stefano is responsible for the team's brand architecture and digital experiences from the ground up, perfectly managing the synergy between high-performance partnerships and a modern, digital-first fan culture.

​James Gibson is the General Manager of Revolut Business and a Revolut Partner since 2020, sitting on the global ExCo. Under his leadership, the division has grown from its early inception to a core product line, accounting for 15%+ of Revolut's revenue by empowering companies globally with an all-in-one business account. A graduate of the University of Oxford, James joined Revolut in 2017.
