About Event

Experience an unforgettable evening at our one-night-only sake pairing dinner, where Japanese and Chinese culinary traditions come together in a specially crafted fusion menu by our chef. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with exceptional sake hand-selected by our sake sommelier to elevate every flavor.

Throughout the night, our sake sommelier will guide you through each pairing, sharing insights, stories, and practical tips on how to choose and appreciate sake. With limited seats available, this intimate dining experience promises a rare opportunity to indulge, learn, and discover new favorites!

選用產自岡崎的本地草莓,於酒藏內保留果肉將其加工成草莓醬,再與二兔日本酒基底細緻調和,讓果實香氣與米香自然融合。 低酒精度約 5%,開瓶即可聞到明亮的莓果香氣,口感輕盈易入口,是想享受果香卻不想負擔過重酒感的理想選擇。
