Best Practices: From Intention to Impact

Join us on September 11, 2026, for an exclusive morning at Walder Wyss in Zurich to celebrate the official public launch of our Intention to Impact Guide by the FE+MALE Think Tank BFBI (Beat Funding Bias Initiative), following its August 2026 publication, and a collaborative discussion among key industry voices on the best practices needed to drive systemic change.

While many talk about change, a select group of organizations is quietly proving that real transformation is possible. We are gathering to celebrate these leaders, those who are moving beyond awareness to implement practical solutions: modern leadership, inclusive value chain, and M&A, and catalyst capital that drive measurable, equitable outcomes.

The “From Intention to Impact Guide” serves as both a societal snapshot and a practical reference tool. Data from the Guide reveals that while organizations increasingly treat gender equality as a competitive advantage, structured safeguards for resource allocation remain inconsistently applied. The Guide offers 3 structural redesigns, not just a program to drive durable change:

  • 🎯 Rewiring Mentorship: Connecting founders directly with investment authority.

  • 📋 Structured Evaluation: Standardizing committee assessments to level the playing field.

  • 🔍 Auditing Hidden Barriers: Identifying design-based friction in application processes.

Be the first to explore these findings at this exclusive morning as we recognize the pioneers who are redesigning the future of business and impact investment, including the celebrated winners of the 2026 Biennal Conference & Award on March 17, 2026.
