The Azores Cross-Chapter Retreat spans four days of immersive experiences designed to energize, inspire, and connect EO members across chapters. It begins with a relaxed arrival and welcome dinner featuring Azorean cuisine.
Day 1 focuses on nature and reflection, with sunrise hikes, silent walks, hot seat sessions, geothermal baths, and an innovation workshop.
Day 2 emphasizes strategic learning through a cross-chapter forum, a visit to a geothermal power plant, and a keynote by cybersecurity expert Mikko Niemelä, followed by wine tasting and gala dinner.
Day 3 offers adventure options like volcano biking, canyoning, or whale watching, and concludes with a community impact project, reflection circle, and farewell.
Throughout the retreat, curated activities foster play, learning, and sharing in a setting that mirrors the transformative spirit of entrepreneurship.
