From Referral to Recovery: An Inside Look into Psychedelic Therapy in New York City
A Rooftop Mixer and Panel at Journey Clinical HQ
More patients are asking their doctors and therapists about psychedelic therapy — and many providers are wondering how to respond. What does treatment involve? Who is responsible for care? What happens before, during, and after the medicine sessions?
On the eve of Horizons: Perspectives in Psychedelics in NYC, and in honor of National Depression and Mental Health Screening Month, Journey Clinical invites healthcare providers and wellness professionals to our Manhattan rooftop office for an educational evening on legal psychedelic care, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Spravato® (esketamine).
The evening will feature Journey Clinical medical leadership, local clinicians actively delivering psychedelic care in NYC, and patients sharing their lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore what the care journey looks like in practice — from evaluation and preparation to treatment, integration, follow-up, and collaboration between medical teams and therapists.
You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of how to talk with patients who are curious about psychedelic therapy
Insight into who may be a good fit for KAP or Spravato
A better sense of what safe, well-rounded care looks like
Local connections with healthcare and wellness professionals
Whether you’re attending Horizons or simply want to better understand what your patients are asking about, we’d love to have you join us for drinks, bites, and conversation over the New York skyline.
