Schools do not move toward mastery along a single path. Some are defining the learner outcomes and systems that will anchor the work. Others are refining assessment, evidence, and faculty practice. Still others are ready to shine by making progress visible, sharing what works, and scaling with confidence.
Join Mastery.org and Head Rush for an invite-only, three-hour working session before the FullScale Symposium. This is not a panel or a product presentation. It is a chance to locate your school on the journey, work alongside peers facing the same problems of practice, and leave with a next step you can use.
Find your place in the journey
Define
You are building the foundation: clarifying your vision, learner outcomes, competencies, evidence, and the systems that will support them.
Refine
You have begun the work and are strengthening implementation: improving assessment and workflows, calibrating faculty practice, and making the experience more coherent for learners.
Shine
Your model is established and ready to deepen, share, or scale: making learning visible, telling the story of student growth, and helping strong practice travel.

Use a guided reflection to identify where your school is today and what progress would look like next.
9:45 AM | Define, Refine, and Shine working cohorts
Join peers at a similar stage for facilitated conversation about tools, workflows, experiments, and real implementation challenges.
10:45 AM | Coffee refresh
Reconnect and compare notes across cohorts.
11:00 AM | Cross-cohort exchange
Learn what schools ahead of you wish they had known and what schools behind you can reveal about assumptions worth revisiting.
11:35 AM | From conversation to commitment
Name one practical next move, the people who need to be involved, and the evidence that will tell you it is working.
12:00 PM | Close
You will leave with a clearer read on your school's current stage, ideas grounded in other schools' experience, and a concrete next step for moving the work forward.

The session is free and limited to 50 participants. Registration requests are reviewed so we can build a useful mix of school leaders and implementation stages.
This gathering takes place immediately before the FullScale Symposium. A FullScale ticket is not required to attend this pre-conference session.
