Strategic Crisis Communication
Presented by Perrin & Associates in partnership with the Oishei Foundation
As part of the Oishei Foundation’s focus on strengthening Organizational Power across Buffalo’s East Side, this session is part of a broader Lunch & Learn series designed to support nonprofit leaders in building strong, sustainable organizations.
In today’s fast-moving environment, how organizations communicate during a crisis can build trust—or quickly erode it—especially for organizations working closely with the community.
“Strategic Crisis Communication: Leading with Clarity, Trust, and Accountability” is a hands-on Lunch & Learn designed to help leaders respond with clarity and confidence in high-pressure situations. Participants will gain practical tools to build crisis communication plans, craft clear and timely messaging, and manage key stakeholders.
Through real-world scenarios and message mapping exercises, attendees will leave better equipped to protect credibility and lead with intention when it matters most.
Lunch will be provided.
This session is part of Oishei's commitment to Organizational Power, investing in the long-term infrastructure–staffing, systems, technology, governance structures–that enables organizations serving Buffalo's East Side to scale, adapt, and sustain community-driven solutions.
