Holiday Flow & Glow

​Come join me for a cozy afternoon at Holiday Flow & Glow ✨ The holidays can be a busy and stressful time of year, so come take a little time for you.

​This event is all about self-care, celebrating wellness, and glowing from the inside out — slowing down, reconnecting, and giving yourself the gift of presence in the midst of the holiday rush. We’ll start with some merry movement, a 45 minute mat Pilates class to move, reset, and recharge. Then stick around afterwards to enjoy some time to socialize and connect with our wellness community. I’ve partnered with a few amazing brands to highlight different aspects of wellness and inspire us to keep our health a priority, even during the busiest time of year.  Holiday Flow & Glow is the perfect way to slow down and fill your own cup (of hot cocoa) ☕️
