Lisa Ginzburg is the founder of Changa Institute, an accredited training and certification organization focused on psychedelic therapy, longevity, and practitioner protocol development. Operating at the intersection of clinical care, regulation, and practitioner education, Changa has trained practitioners nationally. Lisa is a leading expert in drug policy and legal frameworks, tracking and influencing legislation on psychedelic decriminalization and therapeutic access. She has advised governments and nonprofit organizations on creating safe, effective pathways for integrating psychedelic-assisted therapies into public health systems.
Savva Kerdemelidis — Alternative Business Models & Trial Funding
Savva Kerdemelidis is a commercial and IP legal counsel and patent attorney, and the founder of Crowd Funded Cures, a charity advancing open, affordable medicine development without relying on patents. He also leads Public Good Pharma and Affordable.gg, generating real-world evidence for lower-cost alternative medicines, including psychedelics, repurposed generics, and dose-optimized therapies. His work focuses on creating innovative, accessible business models that enable effective treatments to reach more people.
Dr. Alok Srivastava — Immersive Experiences for Social & Psychedelic Therapy
Dr. Alok Srivastava serves on the board of Numadelic Lab Collective, a nonprofit combining multi-user virtual reality, psychedelic science, and group therapeutic processes. A Philosopher of Technology and Psychotherapy, he has over 20 years of experience in healthcare technology development and holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics. He co-founded Playful Dyads, a program cultivating integrative psychotherapy practices in unconventional spaces.
Jesse Schmidt - Real-World Evidence & Clinical Integration
Jesse Schmidt works with the Carhart-Harris Lab at UCSF on the Global Psychedelic Survey, a large-scale real-world evidence effort designed to complement clinical trials and inform the responsible medical integration of psychedelic therapies. Her work focuses on building ethical, scalable data infrastructure to better understand outcomes, safety signals, and contextual factors shaping psychedelic experiences across populations. Jesse’s background spans neuroscience, research design, and technology-enabled evidence systems, with a particular interest in bridging underground use, clinical research, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
Neil Gehani — Ethics-First Ecosystems & Accountability
Neil Gehani is the founding Sherpa of Mind Lumen, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing psychedelic ethics through measurable and auditable frameworks. His work addresses ethical risks in both above- and underground psychedelic ecosystems and promotes accountability, transparency, and regenerative business models. Mind Lumen developed the Ethical Reputation Score (ERS™) to empower participants and encourage responsible practices in the psychedelic field.
