​On August 6th, we welcome Mark Stoner, founder of Ashbusters and co-founder of the recently formed Chimney Collective.

​His talk will be a practical conversation on scaling a service business. After more than 40 years in the chimney industry, Mark grew Ashbusters from a local trade business into the 2nd largest chimney repair company in the United States. He’ll share lessons on building field teams, developing leaders, creating repeatable standards, protecting culture, and moving from founder hustle to scalable operating company.
