2026 HealthFORCE: Priority Occupation Area - Registration
Priority Occupation Areas are profession-focused exhibit spaces where healthcare professionals from multiple organizations work together to represent their profession at HealthFORCE.
This registration is only for participants assigned to a Priority Occupation Area (Nursing, Imaging/Radiologic Technology, or Surgical Technology). If you received this registration link from a Priority Occupation Workgroup leader or are an active member of one of these Workgroups, you are in the right place.
Once registered, you will be considered a Priority Occupation Exhibitor and assigned to your profession's Priority Occupation Area, not one of the exhibitor tables for your organization.

When Registering:
We'll collect your contact information, identify which Priority Occupation Area you will be supporting, and note any specific role or assignment you may have.
Even if your only role is to participate and support your colleagues, we ask that you register so we can:
Plan staffing for each Priority Occupation Area
Direct you to the correct location on event day
Ensure adequate seating and meal counts
After registering, you will receive:
A confirmation email with event details
A calendar invitation (please select "Add to Calendar")
Email reminders 4 weeks and 1 week before the event
Text reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the event 😊
Event Schedule:
7 AM – Check-in for large displays and equipment
7:15 - 8 AM – Exhibitor check-in
7 - 8 AM – Coffee, light breakfast, and setup (please be ready by 8AM for early-arriving schools)
8:15 – 10:15 AM – Student Session 1
10:15 – 11:15 AM – Lunch for sponsors, volunteers, & all exhibitors
11:15 AM – 1:15 PM – Student Session 2
1:15 – 1:30 PM – Exhibitor teardown and departure
