Some people walk into your life and change it. Others drift out without a word. You click with some instantly and can't quite explain why certain people stay while others don't.
This event was born out of a conversation about Before Sunrise. About strangers, chance encounters, and what happens when you actually talk to someone.
That's what we're getting into.
Join us for an afternoon of honest, guided conversation about connection — what it is, how it forms, why it breaks, and why it matters more than we admit.
What we'll explore:
• What even is a connection? (Is it the same as love?)
• Why do we click with some people and not others?
• What does it take to go deeper and what gets in the way?
• What happens when connections end?
• Why do some friendships feel just as profound as romantic love?
How the afternoon unfolds:
11:00 – 11:30 AM · Introductions
11:30 – 1:30 PM · Group discussion
1:30 – 2:00 PM · A closing activity
You won't leave as a stranger to everyone in the room.
You don't have to be philosophical about any of it. Just show up with your experiences and an open mind.
A few things to know:
• This is Philosophy Connect's first meetup in Navi Mumbai. Seats are limited to 20 people.
• A refundable deposit of ₹100 will be required only if you get a spot after registering. It's just to make sure you show up!
