​Every organization has a dataset it never sees: the unfiltered version of what people actually think. It doesn't show up in surveys, town halls, or Slack channels. Not because people are hiding it. Because the environment never creates a moment for it to surface.

​In this hands-on session, you'll experience a methodology that changes the information environment and makes invisible knowledge visible. Using LEGO® Serious Play®, you'll build, share, and map a landscape of how a room full of strangers navigates change, then unpack why the conversation that just happened would never happen in a normal meeting.

​Brandon Wetzstein is the founder of IN8 Create, a team performance consultancy that helps organizations surface the insights, friction points, and untapped knowledge their teams already hold. A certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, he's led over 100 sessions for organizations including Microsoft, Nike, Meta, Spotify, Samsung, Bacardi, and Major League Baseball. He hosts the Herding Squirrels podcast, exploring the human side of organizational change with leaders navigating it firsthand.
