​About In the Making: This is an IRL community for emerging women leaders in Austin who are on the edge of what’s next - think promotions, pivots, and big leaps.

​The Format: No speaker this time. This one is led by the women in the room. We’re closing out 2026 and setting intentions for 2027 over coffee, and everyone brings something to the table.

​Your ticket in: Come with one thing you read, heard, or learned this year that changed you, and that you think other women would benefit from hearing. It could be a book, a podcast, a conversation, or a hard lesson. We’ll share them as part of our reflections.

​Coffee is on In the Making, so grab a latte, matcha or something fancy.

​How the event will flow:

​10:00 to 10:30 AM: Arrive and grab your coffee
10:30 to 11:15 AM: Group discussion, 2026 reflections, and 2027 intentions
11:15 to 11:30 AM: Wrap up and what's next

​Who Should Attend: Mid-career women across industries (corporate, entrepreneurship, creatives, etc.) looking for their group chat of like-minded, ambitious peers navigating similar career chapters.
