Building trusted AI at Odido

​Getting AI to work in a demo is easy. The harder challenge starts when AI moves into daily operations and begins shaping real business decisions. How do you keep AI trustworthy once it's part of a critical process, and who owns the decisions, controls and risks?

​In this session, Youssef Fouad, Data Protection Officer from Odido will share its practical journey of taking a high-risk AI use case from experimentation to a governed, compliant system in real operations, told as learnings and reflections, not a finished playbook.

​They'll get into the real challenges: moving from experimentation to sustainable operations, building governance around AI that directly impacts customer decisions, translating EU AI Act requirements into practical controls, and getting business, Data Science, Data Governance, Legal, Risk and IT working together rather than in silos.

​In this roundtable, CleverRepublic and Deeploy are bringing together senior executives from companies answering these questions in their daily work.
