About Event

This workshop covers what burnout recovery requires, what is necessary to do it successfully at home, and what are the prerequisites for regaining capacity after burnout.

We cover:

  • common mistakes that compromise the process

  • why rest alone often does not resolve burnout

  • how to build resilience instead of bouncing back to the stress before

  • how to tell whether your system is currently in overload

With Q&A; bring your questions.

The workshop is free. A voluntary donation is welcome (link will be shared in the meeting).
