☀️ Zouma Yoga Studio's First Community Class
Join us for Zouma Yoga Studio's very first community yoga class—a pay-what-you-can offering created to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or financial circumstances.
To celebrate, Zep and Sabrina are joining forces for the very first time to bring you a unique fusion of their teaching styles.
Expect a beginner-friendly, 60-minute practice blending mobility, Hatha, and Ashtanga-inspired movement. Sabrina will guide the first half of the class before handing over to Zep for the second half. Two different energies, one shared intention: to move, breathe, and connect as a community. Options will be offered throughout the class, so whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you're welcome here.
After class, we'll head next door to Gochi Sake & Dining for an optional Japanese lunch. Stay, connect, and enjoy great food and conversation with fellow yogis.
