About Event

Visit the New York City Council with Laeo! Ideally stay for at least an hour!

I will be at the City Council from 10:15 in the morning through the stated meeting (which is slated to start at 1:30)

I will start at Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises and then jump around the various Committee meetings as they do their final votes, and finally attend the Stated meeting for the big finale.

Feel free to join me for some or all of this, just shoot me a text or dm me on twitter and we can meet up!

Agenda:

9:30 - 12:30 I will be at 250 Broadway where all the last minute committee meetings and votes are happening.

12:30 take a break for lunch

1:30 (they will most likely be late) City Council Chambers in City Hall to watch the Stated Meeting

You can meet me beforehand at Remi Flower & Coffee (130 William St, New York, NY) at 9:00am if you want, after which we'll walk over. Otherwise, proceed directly to City Hall.

You will get to City Hall from the west side (where the "City Hall" subway stop is), go through security, walk up through the main entrance, and then take the principal stairway up to the second floor to the main council chambers. If you get lost, ask the nice people in uniform (or really anyone) to point the way. You can also text/DM Laeo, but that's probably slower.
