Strengthening Rural Social Enterprises Across Africa’s Value Chains
This year, Muazu Africa joins the global Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF) Community Hub Series, hosting a local conversation that centers the often unseen drivers of Africa’s growth - rural social enterprises.
Across the continent, rural communities form the backbone of our value chains; producing, processing, and sustaining the goods that keep economies alive. Yet, they remain largely invisible in decision-making spaces and development statistics.
Our Community Hub, themed “Strengthening Rural Social Enterprises Across Africa’s Value Chains,” is a call to reimagine inclusion and power within the social enterprise ecosystem. We’ll spotlight rural social entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and social innovators who create value every day and explore how to connect them to the resources, markets, and networks they deserve.
Together with the Social Enterprise World Forum, we’re amplifying rural voices, sharing local lessons globally, and building an Africa where value and prosperity flow both ways from roots to markets.
