As you know, being a founder is really intense. It asks us to face our fears, to grow ourselves and to navigate the emotional highs and lows.
One thing that makes all of that just a little more doable is being in community with others that get it and can fully see you for who you are and what you’re going through - your strength, wisdom and capability, and also your flaws, mistakes and fears.
The people who can listen and offer perspective. And that show you you’re not alone.

This event is hosted by Michelle Yin & Roslyn McLarty.
Michelle Yin is the co-founder of Housewarming, a social app for close friends to keep up with each other authentically. She’s also built multiple apps at the intersection of culture and AI and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree for consumer technology.
Roslyn McLarty is a founder and executive coach building Within, a personal development platform for purpose-led founders. Previously she co-founded The GIST, a women-run sports media company and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. After going through founder burnout, she now helps purpose-led founders scale with more self-awareness, emotional intelligence and alignment.
