​Journal Club Berlin goes IRL again. An intimate morning of meditation, journaling, and sharing at ÆKA coffee and kitchen in Kreuzberg.

​This month's theme: The Garden of your Mind

​Every garden needs a gardener. You are the gardener of your mind. We'll explore how you tend to your garden? Who do you let in? What seeds do you plant? How do you cultivate it?

​What to expect: One hour of guided reflection: meditation to arrive, journaling prompts to explore, and small pairings to share (and listen). No experience needed, just bring yourself.

​After the session: Stay for our new community brunch. Connect with fellow journalers over food and conversation. The café opens up for everyone; your chance to go deeper with the people you just sat with.

10:00–11:00 — Journal Club (ticket required)
11:00 onwards — Community brunch, all welcome

​€15 includes the session 📝 + a free coffee ☕️ + a healthy snack ⚡️

​Space is limited to keep it intimate.
