Through a guided nature ceremony followed by the traditional Russian Banya ritual, participants are invited to release tension, allow emotions to circulate, awaken the heart, and restore balance within the nervous system.
The presence of horses naturally supports grounding, sensitivity, and presence, helping to cultivate a deep sense of safety and authentic connection.
