A Equine-Assisted Therapy Circle & Russian Banya Ritual
An intimate and grounding journey designed as a ritual of reconnection, embodied awareness, and emotional flow.
Held in nature and accompanied by the presence of horses, this experience invites participants to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the living world.
Through a guided Equine-Assisted ceremony inside a field of horses, followed by the traditional Banya rituals, participants are invited to release tension, allow emotions to circulate, awaken the heart, and restore balance within the nervous system.
The presence of horses naturally supports grounding, sensitivity, and presence, helping to cultivate a deep sense of safety and authentic connection.
This simple and humble gathering creates a space to return to oneself, reconnect with the living, and realign with your inner compass.

Un voyage intime et profondément ancré, conçu comme un rituel de reconnexion, de présence au corps et de libération émotionnelle.
Organisé en pleine nature et accompagné par la présence des chevaux, cette expérience invite à ralentir, à écouter profondément et à renouer avec la sagesse du corps et du vivant.
À travers une cérémonie guidée en nature suivie du rituel traditionnel de la Russian Banya, les participants sont invités à relâcher les tensions, laisser circuler les émotions, éveiller le cœur et rééquilibrer le système nerveux.
La présence des chevaux soutient naturellement l’ancrage, la sensibilité et la présence, permettant de cultiver un profond sentiment de sécurité intérieure et de connexion authentique.
Cette rencontre, simple et humble, crée un espace pour revenir à soi, se relier au vivant et s’aligner avec sa boussole intérieure.
