The session will be led by 🧘♀️ Ridhi Gupta, a wellness expert with over 16 years of experience in fitness and movement, along with 8+ years of dedicated study and teaching in Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda wellness. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certified through the Sivananda Institute.
