​Shirley is the founder of Willie B. Studios, a creative content studio behind purpose-driven campaigns for brands like AT&T, Microsoft, and Urban One. Her work transforms storytelling into a catalyst for impact and action.

​Kelly is the founder and CEO of Guava, the first digital banking platform built for Black entrepreneurs. Through Guava, she’s created a thriving network that champions collaboration, growth, and long-term community investment.
