​The Performance Ritual: Prep, Run & Recover

​Building the City of the future is an endurance sport. 🖖🏽

​On April 13th, we´re starting a full-scale performance ritual for the Ipê Village 26 community. This isn’t about the miles, it’s about the preparation, the collective energy, and the strategic recovery that follows.

​🚀 The Experience

​We are moving as a unit. We start at our base, run together, and return to the Founder Haus Clubhouse for a VIP recovery experience designed for builders.

• ​Phase 1: Running (7:00 AM) Meet at the Clubhouse for a 5km run.

• ​Phase 2: Recovery (7:30 PM) We´re doing Ice Bath and Sauna to recover our body and prepare for Breakfast.

• ​Phase 3: Breakfast (8:00 AM) The ultimate reward. Breakfast starts!
