Behavioral Leverage Points with Ruth Schmidt

​On August 27th, we are lucky to have Ruth Schmidt, leading thinker on behavioral design and systems, who will speak about leverage points in behavioral design.

​The term 'leverage points' is familiar to systems theorists, but tends to emphasize system behavior over (even at the expense of) human behavior. While some tools — such as causal loop diagrams — are already in common use to address this oversight, taking a broader behavioral design perspective can help us develop new ways to systematically identify behavioral leverage points and choice conditions at a system level.
