Unlocking the Enneagram: Insights for Stronger Relationships
The Enneagram is widely regarded as one of the most powerful frameworks for understanding human behavior because it goes beyond what we do to reveal why we do it.
Executive Leadership Coach Maryam Marzara uses the Enneagram to help individuals and teams build stronger relationships through deeper self-awareness and insight into the motivations that drive behavior.
In this interactive session, Maryam will introduce the nine Enneagram “core types,” exploring what motivates each type, where attention naturally goes, the strengths each type brings, and the blind spots that can emerge under pressure.
Participants will leave with practical insights to deepen self-awareness and transform how they show up in their relationships, their work, and the conversations that shape both.
Maryam typically works with organizations and senior leaders through private coaching and consulting engagements. This workshop offers a rare opportunity to experience her work in a small-group setting at a rate she does not normally offer, as part of her commitment to occasionally making this work more accessible. She is especially pleased to offer this experience in partnership with the Creatrus community of women who are building, creating, and investing in their growth as leaders and entrepreneurs.
